45 Minutes Total Body Workout. Includes:

30 Minutes Babywearing Zumba

At our Babywearing Zumba workouts, we focus on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where moms can sweat, dance, and connect with their babies in a playful and rhythmic atmosphere. Our certified Zumba instructor is experienced in adapting Zumba routines to accommodate babywearing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

15 Minutes Body Sculpt

Embrace the transformative journey of motherhood with our Postnatal Body Sculpt Workout, designed to help you regain strength, rebuild confidence, and rejuvenate your body after pregnancy. Our postnatal workouts are specially crafted to meet the unique needs of new moms, offering a safe and supportive environment to kickstart your fitness journey while catering to the demands of motherhood. We understand that each postpartum experience is different, and our program can be tailored to your individual needs and fitness level.

Bonus 15 Minutes with a Special Guest

Each week we will host a proffesinal to discuss about childcare matters and postnatal care: sleep consultant, pediatric physical therapist, OT, nutritionist, life coach and more. This added value will help you not only stay fit, but also take care of yourself and your little ones.


Fun and Fitness: Zumba is renowned for being a high-energy, calorie-burning dance workout. With your baby snug in their carrier, you can shake, shimmy, and salsa your way to a healthier you while enjoying every moment.

Rebuild Your Strength: Pregnancy and childbirth can leave you feeling physically depleted. Our workouts are designed to rebuild your strength, focusing on key areas such as core, pelvic floor, and full-body conditioning.

Self-Care: Amidst the whirlwind of new motherhood, our postnatal workouts provide you with a dedicated self-care routine. It's a time to prioritize your physical and mental well-being, offering a chance to recharge and find balance.
