One of my goals for 2021 was to find a Nutritionist and better myself with the food i was eating. I could not have found anyone better than Michelle and her knowledge of overall nutrition. The food sensitivity test is amazing because it literally shows you all the foods that you are highly sensitive to and the ones that you’re not. Since i started my journey and changed my meal preps i have a seen a tremendous difference in my body and what ive been able to accomplish. It is been 6 months since I did the food sensitivity test.Before I was already in great shape, but wanted to lose these 8 extra pounds to feel even better. And I am still losing weight. But the most important part is that I feel great and eat well. I don't feel that I am hungry, but I know what foods are good for me to eat so I avoid them.
